Suspended solids in aqueous solution exhibit Brownian movement which keeps them in constant motion, inhibiting settling. Jenchem's polymer neutralizes like charges in suspension and flocculates them to larger particle sizes. The larger the particle size the faster the settling. Hence improved settling and clearer supernatant are achieved rapidly.
Flocculation of extremely fine colloidal suspended solids is achieved by using different types of molecular weight polymer to condition them to settle or dewater.
Our polymers mix rapidly with water allowing for
easy end-user solution make up. A relatively low dosage is required to produce
clear supernatant and high percent solids of sludge and slurry.
